You stole that drawing style from the tutorial on macromedias website and used it as your own, even the person looked similar, but aside from that if your making a tutorial you shouldent have such a long intro, people wanting to look back real quick would atleast want a skip button.

A lazy excuse for a flash game movie or anything, you basically copied some script and pasted it on a picture of a car and submitted it with saying that it will calm you down. Nearly and game will calm you down its just a simple diversion from being mad.

The art is terrible, sound bad the only thing it has going for it is the idea,

Alot of the people and some buildings you drew really well, but some of the backgrounds just look really really ugly why would you make everything so nice but then have ugly backgrounds???
